Initiate Your Request
Log into your Yalla Kids account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in their original, unwashed condition to qualify for a full refund.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a courier pickup from your doorstep or provide a prepaid shipping label to be dropped off at the nearest partner location.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned fashion pieces, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
